Silene has worked for the last 20 years in sales and sales leadership roles, coaching and implementing training programmes to educate, motivate and inspire sales people to drive personal, professional and company successes. For the last ten years she has been working in Senior Sales leadership roles for large cutting edge technology companies. 

 

With a passion and love for developing sales individuals and sales leaders, Silene can offer not only a vast experience in the field, but also she can lead sales development programmes to benefit both individual growth and organisational growth. 

 

Her approaches are structured and measurable. She believes that skilled individuals not only increase personal performance, but organisational performance as well. Silene is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian and works across the UK, Nordics and EMEA. 

Silene listens at the deepest level in order to fully identify and address the core of any issue and this is reflected in her experiential and tailored programmes. She has an enabling effect on all of her clients and helps them grow and maintain transparent and high-performing relationships inside and outside their teams. She focuses on inspiring her delegates with new fresh perspectives and helps them to negate their limiting beliefs systems.
