Renni is an executive coach, business partner, and leadership consultant with more than 20 years of global experience, and hundreds of hours coaching executive women and men to hone leadership skills and build the mindsets they need to succeed.

Renni brings deep expertise to curate moments that matter for individuals, teams, and organisations: to make the invisible visible, imagine new possibilities, and reach previously out-of-reach goals.  Renni begins her work with leaders on a journey seeded in deep self-discovery to uncover the obstacles in their current context.  The magic happens as she coaches leaders to envision what is possible and design the roadmap to reach that destination, building capability along the way.

Renni’s previous leadership responsibilities have included working within the hospitality, manufacturing, tech, and medical device Fortune 500 companies.  She has led development efforts for high-potential employees at all levels, as well as partnered with CSuite leaders to align their business and people strategies for optimal results. 

 

Renni graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Master’s Degree in Human Resources. Over the last five years, Renni has partnered with small start-ups to Fortune 100 Organisations across 52 countries and in countless industries to align their teams to their strategies, design their organisations to create value, and grow their leaders’ capabilities to deliver on goals.
