What do you love about coaching?

I enjoy getting to know people at a deeper level which in turn enables me to make a difference to the individual and their organisation. I like seeing people progress and reach their potential as a leader.

How do you unwind?

I unwind by walking my springer spaniel around Richmond Park and by watching sport although supporting Spurs can be a stressful pastime! I also enjoy playing golf, skiing and sailing.

What inspired you to work with CTG?

I was introduced to Brad by one of his former coachees who talked so highly of him that I thought I should make contact. The rest is history!
