What do you love about coaching?

Wow so many things. I love teaching and facilitating in general. Bringing people together, the energy, helping people to shift and transform the way they think and to create big results. I love strategy in general and working with executive and their leadership teams (I just facilitated an executive strategy day) and helping them to all connect, collaborate and ultimately be on the same page in order to be aligned in vision, strategy and purpose… and understand how their part plays in the bigger picture (and map out aligned goals). I also love the other side of coaching; the human, relationship and connecting part. Helping to facilitate people to come together and build thriving relationships which ultimately is what really matters - and using holistic approaches (creative exercises, meditation/breathwork) - and designing a schedule or programme that is aligned to the leadership teams’s requirements. In short - connecting and creating change and transformation

How do you unwind?

I take a very holistic approach to balance and am always tuning into how my body feels. As an example this week I realised I was feeling exhausted and needed to slow down after  few months of lots of change (as I mentioned with moving, launching a programme etc). I incorporate movement (walking, Pilates, yoga), somatic practices such as breathwork and sanctum (my new favourite dance meets hiit and breathwork class!), and meditation. I’m an extrovert/introvert and need time to recharge. Things like being in solitude, reading, early nights in, couples with social interaction.

What inspired you to work with CTG?

Well firstly I loved Brad's energy and our interactions so far. It’s important to have synergy in the way we work if we are going to partner I believe. I also love training and facilitating (this has probably increased more so this year) and so when we started speaking, and hearing about what CTG does, their. vision and approach/.. it felt aligned :) It also aligns with my broader vision to conduct more corporate training programs so again tick ☑️
