What do you love about coaching?

Having been inspired by my own experience of powerful coaching, I’m always in awe of the magic that happens when someone suddenly sees themselves and their situation with new clarity and a renewed sense of possibility!

The leaders I work with are high achieving and highly capable, and coaching gives them the precious gift of time for them to pause and reflect. Coaching for me is a dance – leaning in, listening wholeheartedly, landing powerful questions that dive deeper and creating a truly safe space that people can expand and explore within. From here I find it deeply rewarding to watch people reconnect with their own resourcefulness and their true potential, so they can move forward with greater awareness, confidence and courage.

Witnessing the ripple effect that coaching creates never fails to inspire me! When someone becomes more aware of the positive impact they create when they show up fully, and the influence this has on the people around them, it changes more than just their own experience - it shapes their teams, their culture and the environments others can grow within.

Being part of that journey, and using coaching to help leaders grow in ways that positively shape the next generation of leaders, is a legacy I care deeply about.

How do you like to unwind?

Spending time in nature is one of the ways I reset and regulate most easily. I love walking and hiking, whether nearer home or in landscapes like the Yorkshire Dales - a place close to my heart. Being by the river there is one of the places where my soul truly exhales!

Dance has been a lifelong passion, and music is something that instantly shifts my energy and reconnects me with my sense of joy and flow… whether I’m in a class or just dancing round my kitchen! Closer to home you’ll often find me curled up with a book that stretches my thinking, usually with one of my cats nearby. Or sitting in a quiet spot in my favourite coffee shop with an expertly made cup of coffee - I’m a self-confessed coffee enthusiast! And when time allows, you’ll discover me travelling to some glorious far-flung country to steep myself in exciting new cultures and bask in a glorious sunset or two!

What inspired you to work with CTG?

What drew me to CTG was the depth of their commitment to developing leaders who can create meaningful change through how they lead, influence and shape the cultures around them.

The work the team is doing sits right at this intersection of leadership, culture and behavioural change - which is exactly where I feel most energised in my own work.

When I first spoke with Brad it felt like a very natural alignment of values and ethos. I’m excited to be part of a world class community of coaches genuinely committed to helping leaders grow in ways that consciously create lasting change.

Rachael Robson Green

An Executive & Leadership Coach and experienced facilitator working at the intersection of behavioural insight, nervous system science and conscious leadership, Rachael supports senior leaders, founders and leadership teams to navigate complexity and pressure. Her focus is on delivering transformational development that expands leadership capacity while strengthening both performance and culture.

With over 16 years’ experience in high-pressure commercial environments, she understands first-hand the challenges leaders face in balancing performance expectations, cultural responsibility and the dynamics of leading teams. That lived experience shapes the grounded, commercially aware perspective she brings to coaching conversations and development spaces.

Trained in NeuroSomatic Intelligence®,

Rachael specialises in helping leaders move beyond mindset alone and understand how the nervous system shapes behaviour, decision-making and leadership presence under pressure. By working with both awareness and physiology, she supports leaders to expand their internal capacity so meaningful change becomes not only possible, but sustainable.

Her coaching style is warm, intuitive, positive and challenging in equal measure. Whether in one-to-one coaching or group development environments, she creates psychologically safe spaces where honest exploration can take place. Guiding leaders to recognise the patterns that influence how they show up - from over-drive and perfectionism to people-pleasing or self-doubt - she equips them with the insights and practical tools to respond with greater clarity, resilience and intention.

Rachael also brings a systemic lens to her work, helping leaders understand how individual behaviour interacts with team dynamics and organisational culture. This allows change to take root not only at a personal level, but within the wider systems leaders influence and shape

At the heart of her work is a deep curiosity about people and possibility, and a strong belief in our capacity to grow. She is passionate about supporting leaders to lead in authentic ways that build stronger relationships, deliver sustainable performance and create conscious cultures, where everyone can thrive.

Rachael’s professional training includes Co-Active Coaching, NLP Practitioner certification and NeuroSomatic Intelligence®, alongside continued study in behavioural science, neuroscience and systems awareness.

She remains deeply committed to her own development, investing consistently in deepening her craft so that the leaders and organisations she works with are best equipped to meet the increasing challenges of modern leadership.
