What do you love about coaching?
I love the sacred moment when the invisible becomes visible—when what’s been unspoken in relationships or teams finally gets said, and everything shifts. That deep collective sigh of relief, the opening into alignment and clarity at a critical inflection point—that’s why I coach.
Coaching, for me, is about guiding powerful transformation—helping individuals and teams reconnect with their own knowing so they can move forward with clarity, alignment, and purpose. I live for those breakthroughs that ripple far beyond the session, shifting not just people but the entire environment around them. It’s like helping someone find the missing thread in a tangled tapestry—once pulled, the whole pattern unfolds in a new, clear way. Helping people move out of stuckness and into transformative transition, so they can step confidently and wholeheartedly into what’s truly next, is at the core of my work.
How do you unwind?
I unwind by wandering without a plan—long walks with no destination, music blasting in the car while singing at the top of my lungs, and rituals that center me. I love deep talks with friends and creative outlets like collage and photography. Being near any kind of water—lakes, oceans, rivers—grounds me and light up my curiosity for the world. I love to disappear into the mountains with a journal and a snack, letting nature reset my spirit and open space for new inspiration.
What inspired you to work with CTG?
A shared client connected Brad and me, saying, “You two have to meet,” and I quickly saw why. Brad’s integrity, clarity, and lightness shine through everything he does—his deep care for people and community, and yes, the joy and authenticity with which he talks about his love for dogs. There’s a rare alignment between us in believing that when we change how we communicate and relate at work—the place where we spend so much of our lives—we elevate the quality of our relationships and our lives. That shared vision, integrity, and lightness inspired me to join CTG.

With over a decade of experience in facilitation, coaching, and community-building, I’ve guided individuals and teams through pivotal transitions, uncovering the deeper patterns that shape how we relate, lead, and grow.
My journey has included extensive group work and years of immersive training, culminating in certification through the International Coaching Federation as an Organization and Relationship Systems Coach.
My approach is grounded in a multidisciplinary foundation that includes Systems Theory, Process Work, Family Systems Therapy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Quantum Physics, Co-Active Coaching™, and more.
I continuously explore new modalities—drawing from somatic and mindset coaching, neuro-linguistic programming, and beyond—to support transformation at both the personal and relational level.
Through this work, I’ve come to deeply understand the beauty of these tools—and how to activate them uniquely for each individual or team.
At the heart of my work is a belief in the power of rituals and relationships to cultivate belonging, strengthen self-worth, and illuminate purpose.
Whether I’m supporting a team through a pivotal transition or guiding a leader toward clarity when they feel stuck I strive to make the invisible visible—so meaningful, lasting change can take root.
