What do you love about coaching?

I believe coaching is an exploratory journey for each person, both as a leader and as a human being. Every time one of my clients goes on that very creative and thoughtful path towards self-discovery, understanding, and insight, I get to go along that same journey with her or him. That makes my role as a coach such an incredibly rewarding experience, for which I have so much gratitude.

How do you unwind?

I have always been captivated by characters and their motivations, what people say and do versus what they think and feel, and how different authors put their own creative spin on storytelling. So, I am always game to lose myself in a great movie, book, or theatrical production. I also enjoy laughing as much as possible over a long a delicious meal with friends and family.

What inspired you to work with CTG?

My conversation with Brad is what most inspired me to work with CTG. I felt so energized by his authentic style and his desire to form connections and relationships that both support other people and are long-lasting.
