Brad Solomon

Managing Director

Brad has worked closely with clients since the mid nineties collaborating in the design and delivery of a number of key programmes and initiatives across the UK and Nordics, EMEA as well as APAC. Brad has a passion for leadership development and the creation of high performing teams. He also believes that learning whilst challenging should also be fun and makes sure that the delegates in his workshops enjoy the learning process at all times.

Adelle Berman

Adelle has more than 15 years experience as a group trainer, college lecturer and coach, working with students and apprentices through to senior management and their teams. Whether it be in a group or one-to-one setting Adelle’s role has always been to support people and teams in their growth and continuous professional development.

Laura Garner

Coaching, Resilience and Leading Change


Laura is a skilled leader, facilitator, trainer and coach who has worked with individuals and blue chip organisations for the past 15 years. Laura focuses on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health leading individual’s to achieve both happiness and success. Laura is an expert in psychometrics and psychometric Profiling – including Insights, MBTI, Strengthscope, and OPQ Level B Occupational Personality Testing.

Nadia Nagamootoo

Executive coach and Facilitator


Nadia is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and recently completed an Executive MBA at Henley Business School.  She is a professional coach, business consultant and facilitator with a Diploma in Performance Coaching, and Practitioner status in both NLP and Appreciative Inquiry.  She is accredited to use a variety of psychometric tools which often form the basis of her coaching conversations. This background offers her a unique insight on leadership, strategic and business issues.  With over 10 years’ experience in the field of organisational development, leadership development and talent management.

Craig Solomon



Craig is a marketing communications professional with over 20 years’ experience across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Craig has worked in both business to consumer and business to business environments and understands the daily challenges these bring. Craig can quickly grasp a clear vision of any situation within a team and can enable individuals to peel back the layers through his empathetic approach, helping them to grow in to their full potential and increase performance growth and productivity.

Graham Hill

Graham is an executive coach and learning professional with a focus on leadership development, executive team performance and talent management.  He strives to build an environment of high trust, where leaders are empowered to reflect deeply, see complexity in new ways and develop their strengths to achieve their personal and professional goals. He is able to draw on validated behavioural change tools and processes to ensure the leader is set up to succeed.

Her clients include LG electronics, Mars, Tesa Korea, Citi Group, HSBC, ADIDAS Korea, Sanofi Korea, Henkel Korea, Hermes, Hyundai Kia Motors.

Mark Guo

Trainer & Coach - China

Mark is an accomplished coach and trainer with over ten years’ experience of delivering training and coaching teams and leaders for clients including Lenovo, FedEx Office, China Telecom, IBM and Mercedes Benz. Aside from his in depth knowledge of psychometrics such as MBTI and DISC he also holds an MBA in Mechanical Engineering. As a coach Mark enables his clients to reach their goals through a process of self-realisation and discovery.

Honore S Prasad

Trainer and Coach - India

Prasad comes with a rich experience spanning over 3 decades and different industry sectors. Prasad started his career in the field of journalism as a reporter and subeditor with additional focus on Business Development and Client Relationship Management and transitioned into training over 10 years ago. Prasad specializes in experiential / outbound learning and team-building. He facilitates soft-skills workshops at various IT companies. In addition, he designs, develops and delivers customised indoor and outdoor workshops.

Eugene Kwek

Gene has 13 years of senior HR Management experience at the Asia regional level, in a corporate HR career spanning over 23 years in multiple industries. As Asia HR Head of the American MNC, Gene was instrumental in putting in place innovative talent management programmes and practices, leading the company to winning several Singapore HR

Institute’s Awards. Gene graduated from National University of Singapore with a BBA (Honours, Second-Upper). He has an MBA (Finance) with Distinction from Manchester Business School, and a Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (Gold Award) from the Singapore Institute of Management.



Ruby Barnett

Coach, Facilitator & Platform Speaker

Ruby has a lifelong passion for communication, conflict resolution and the development of happiness in the work place and outside of it. She has over 20 years of experience managing projects and people, in academia, the non-profit sector and the social justice and legal environments.  With a PhD in Linguistics, she worked on pan-European collaborative projects, managing academics, deadlines, conferences and publications.  She is also a qualified lawyer, specialising in social welfare work including immigration and human rights.

William Galton

Sales, Influencing & Change Facilitator


William designs and delivers a variety of organisational and training initiatives, both nationally and internationally. His experience spans training and development across a variety of sectors. His expertise includes supporting and facilitating change at organisational, team and individual levels, developing people’s core influencing competencies, particularly with respect to communicating more powerfully and effectively.

Janet Tan-Chay
Trainer, Facilitator and Coach - Singapore

Janet has more than 15 years of experience growing leaders, from first time leader to senior leaders in global organisations such as Citibank and Royal Dutch Shell. In her coaching role, she has worked with executives of different nationalities to build skills in areas of stakeholder management, people management, personal development and team integration. She has facilitated in Netherlands, China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan. Janet has a caring attitude and is articulate and confident in her communication, even when it is a difficult conversation. This makes her a great coach and facilitator. Janet is fluent in English, conversational Mandarin and Cantonese. She practices yoga on a daily basis to stay fit and sane.
